For clinicians
Trévor for clinicians.
With each patient's agreement, follow their progress between appointments and train your team in sickle cell care.

Follow-up between appointments
The file of each linked patient brings together clinical alerts (risks, complications, treatment, latest crisis), the pain reported in the daily check-in, symptoms and habits, watch or ring measurements, quality of life and coaching, over the period of your choice, from one week to one year.
A care and emergency card to validate together
You review and correct it with the patient, then print it or download it as a PDF (A4 page and card format), or as a cut-out image: the emergency team reads the risks, precautions and treatment to follow at a glance.
Data that stay the patient's
With their agreement, each file can be exported as a spreadsheet (CSV), raw data (JSON) or in FHIR R4 format (an HL7 standard), which you add to the patient's record yourself. Trévor does not write into your electronic patient record.
Controlled access
Named account, sign-in by a link sent to your professional address, access limited to patients who authorised the link, which they can withdraw at any time . Every consultation is logged. In an emergency, 24-hour access with a stated reason is possible and the patient is informed.
Guidance, never diagnosis
Trévor informs and directs people to you. The person calls you with a ready-made text (reason, degree of urgency, since when); Trévor sends no request to the hospital.
Crisis alerts and renewals
In a crisis, the patient chooses who to alert: Trévor alerts only their circle of loved ones, and the call to their doctor or to 144 is made from their phone. A renewal request reaches you by email, read by the patient before it is sent and with no attachment.
Training for your team
A seven-hour day in your department, led by an expert patient with the support of a haematologist: applied pathophysiology, acute complications (acute chest syndrome, vaso-occlusive crisis, splenic sequestration, priapism, stroke, fever with functional asplenia), pain protocol from arrival, transfusion and red cell exchange, paediatric-to-adult transition, motivational interviewing and digital tools. Each block ends with a clinical case. Continuing education certificate (not an official CPD credit): CHF 440 per person in an open session, CHF 3,450 for a team of up to ten.
Coach Drépano is ready for interprofessional team-based care: fourteen health professions and seven support roles (physician, haematologist, nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, dietitian, social worker, midwife, pain specialist, phlebologist, medical hypnosis, pharmacist, osteopath, spiritual care, among others) join the person's care network, each with their agreement and within what they are allowed to see. One or several professionals can coordinate the team, which shares goals, tasks and an encrypted notes thread. Emergency access requires a reason and is always logged.
Free for patients, database hosted in Switzerland, open-source core (AGPL-3.0, publication in preparation), audit of the rest of the code on written request.
