Supprimer mon compte

Delete my account, whenever you want.

You can ask for your Trévor account and your data to be erased completely, at any time and without giving a reason. Choose the way that suits you best.

1. In the app: open Settings, scroll down to "Delete my Trévor account and all my data", then confirm twice. The erasure is immediate.
2. In Trévor (Telegram or WhatsApp): send the command /supprimer, then confirm. The erasure is immediate.
3. By email: write to david.issom@hug.ch from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Deletion". We reply within 30 days.

The data that is erased

Your profile, your notebook, your measurements, your medicines and prescriptions, the relatives you registered, your messages and the files kept on the server are erased.

The copies that remain, and for how long

An encrypted copy stays in the server backups for 30 days at most, then it disappears. The outside services that received a question from you, for example Anthropic, erase according to their own deadlines, about 30 days.

Good to know

Uninstalling the app does not erase your account: use one of the three ways above. The health data you left in Health Connect stays in Health Connect: you manage it in its settings.
